As a child of a 91 year old widow, I worry about the care and safety of my mother. My mom is independent, but we wanted to ensure that she got the right amount of care to alleviate any worry we had - Comfort Keepers fit the bill. From the first inquiry, my concerns were listened to and addressed. They found the perfect care giver to assist my mother - while still allowing her to retain her independence. From the office staff to the caregiver, there was never a moment of concern. They were efficient, honest, caring and totally trustworthy. While I wish I could be there every minute for my mom, it is nice to know that I needn't worry - Comfort Keepers provided me with the security I required and my mother with the gentle care that she needed.

Thank you to all the staff at Comfort Keepers for helping my mother in law. The service was amazing. The staff always went above and beyond to help my mother in her recovery from surgery. My mother in law has dementia and this task was not always easy, but the caregivers were amazing and patient. We planned on this being a short term contract but we will be keeping the staff to assist my mother in law longer term.

I have been using CKs for just over 5 years, for overnight care for my dad, and occasionally for day-time care for my mom and my dad (when our regular, privately hired, Caregiver is unavailable), and they have been excellent throughout. I note that this has amounted to over 2,000 shifts, most shifts being 9 hours long, at my parent's house. In addition, they have done many shifts during hospitals stays for both of my parents over these years. They are reliable, efficient, caring, responsive, and service-oriented. They have a 'deep bench' of Caregivers, such that when one becomes unavailable for whatever reason, they is always a 'back-up' Caregiver at the ready; this is invaluable. They haven't 'flinched' during COVID either. I highly recommend them.

Comfort Keepers is amazing. I have had the greatest experience with their support caring for my 69 year old father who has Alzheimer's. My father did not do well in long term care and so bringing him home and having Comfort Keepers provide care and companionship while I work has made my father very happy and stable at home. One of the staff from Comfort Keepers visits my Mom for 2 hours three times a week. Mom's personality has completely changed since we started with Comfort Keepers a couple of years ago. She is much happier and content and really appreciates everything. The staff are very attentive in making sure they assign the right personality. They are also very flexible at increasing or decreasing the visitation hours, based on our needs. They have been a real blessing for our whole family.
