Executive Bios

Tracy Drury
Owner

Tracy has extensive experience in home care, health, social work, management and process improvements. Tracy has a Bachelor’s in Business, and in Social Work, and is registered with the Alberta College of Social Workers, she also has a Diploma in Adult Psychology.

Tracy worked at several multinational companies as a manager and process improvement expert before working at Alberta Health Services for 9 years as a Social Worker and a Manager. Tracy has spent most of her time at Alberta Health Services in Home Care, both rural and urban, so understands the ever-changing needs of home care and the importance of quality and consistency in care.

Tracy showed exceptional customer service, consistency and quality in her previous business and had 100% compliance in all areas of licensing and regulations in the 12 years she owned the Calgary based business. Tracy sold the business in 2018.  Tracy’s passion has always been home care, seniors and assisting clients with their needs and problems.

Due to Tracy’s background she has a wealth of knowledge about home care, senior’s health, dementia care, mental health, business management, resources and connecting services to clients needs.


Mark Drury
Co-Owner

Mark is co-owner of Comfort Keepers Calgary, and is responsible for the technical and financial side of the business. making sure staff get paid and the business keeps growing.

Marks background is in the trades and in finance, he a licensed financial advisor and brings with him a wealth of accounting and financial experience.

Mark has very strong customer service skills, his background in sales and service have made him adaptable and responsive to customer needs in an ever changing environment. He understands that the clients are our lifeblood, without happy customers and staff we have no business.

Tracy and Mark’s skills complement each other, with a proven track record of building high quality service they will strive to enhance the Comfort Keepers customer experience.


Tracey LaRocke
After Hours Coordinator

Tracey has been with Comfort Keepers since 2006. Tracey handles all after hour concerns in a very effective and efficient way. The online scheduling and management system helps her to resolve after hour concerns. Tracey is a very important piece of the Comfort Keepers administrative staff and allows Comfort Keepers to provide full 24-hour service.

Tracey was born and raised in Calgary, she has 3 dogs, 1 cat, and 1 lovebird! She hopes to add to her pets by getting a miniature dash hound (her favourite dog). Tracey enjoys spending her time with her pets, 2 children, canning, baking, trying new recipes on the BBQ, gardening, sitting outside and watch tv shows. She also enjoys going to the mountains, hot springs, hiking, feeding the birds, rabbits, squirrels, and deer (outside her back door).

Tracey has been in the healthcare field for 18 years, has her health care aide certificate and is very interested in expanding her education by getting her Masters in Gerontology. Her compassion for older adults and seniors shows through her hard work and dedication to the job. She is passionate about advocating for her clients.

Tracey was awarded the Canada wide Comfort Keeper of the year Award for 2018. Tracey is a very inspiring person and caregiver! We are so happy to have her as a part of our team!


Clara Henebury
Client Care Coordinator, LPN

Clara is a Licensed Practical Nurse, and is responsible for client intake and consultations, as well as developing and managing the individually tailored plan of care for each Comfort Keepers Client. She joined Comfort Keepers in February 2020 as a support LPN and accepted the Client Care Coordinator position in April 2020.Clara was born and raised near Halifax, Nova Scotia, and moved to Calgary in 2012 to attend nursing school. She received her Diploma in Practical Nursing from Bow Valley College in 2014 and was among the top students in her graduating class.Clara has been working casually on the Postpartum unit at Foothills Medical Centre since 2015 but was looking for a new challenge. She loves interacting with her clients and helping people to live their best and healthiest lives.Outside of work Clara enjoys tabletop and video games, as well as reading, crafting, and getting outdoors when the weather cooperates.
