As a Personal Support Worker (PSW) you work one-on-one with clients to keep them engaged. They also work to provide them with senior home care. Which helps our seniors to remain safely and independently in their own homes. Other positions, like joining our homecare agency’s office staff are just as rewarding and beneficial.
