Caregiver Rituals – Some Final Thoughts | The last three posts here have been about caregiver rituals and how they can help caregivers keep their sanity. They allow you to calm your mind and centre yourself, both before and after your day.
But some people may be having troubles getting into the swing of their rituals, or even feel overwhelmed at adding another thing to their lists. This is natural, so don’t feel discouraged! There are a few things you can do to overcome any challenges or stress you may be feeling. It might take a little bit more work now, but it will be a great help later, we promise!
