The first step is easy, just call us to start the process.  From there we make everything else simple.  We answer 24/7.  From that first call we begin considering the specific needs of your loved one.  We ask basic questions that will form the basis of our elder care plan.  An in-home visit is then arranged to meet the family and everyone involved in the care process.

Your Custom Elder Care Plan

Providing home care seniors need is a family affair.  We not only assess the needs of your loved one, but we also we develop a care plan that helps the entire family.  From our assessment, we develop a customized care program and offer recommendations for any additional elder care services that would be of benefit.  The care plan is approved by everyone involved to ensure that there is agreement with the amount and kind of care to be provided.

With an approved elder care plan, we then look for the best match of caregiver from our team.  We have an extensive team of talented individuals who have a variety of management skills and specific training that is necessary for the home care seniors need.

Care Supervision

Throughout the caregiving process, we stay in touch with you to ensure expectations are being met and to make any adjustments to the care plan.  We also have an in-home communications book filled out after each care session so you can see the care provided and to monitor the progress of your loved one’s health.  We also drop in time-to-time to ensure caregivers are following the specifics of the elder care services plan.
