Before becoming part of our team of in home caregivers, an extensive screening process must be passed that consists of criminal and motor vehicle record checks, random drug tests, and a verified list of credible references.  Once passing this process, they become part of our team of Comfort Keepers and receive the best in expert and professional home care training as well as continuous education.  They’re also bonded, insured and covered by Workers’ Compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families – and because they are Comfort Keepers employees, we take care of their payroll taxes.
