Our mission is to do whatever it takes to help older adults grow old at home with as much self-sufficiency as possible.

Although we are not a taxicab service, we do provide accompanied incidental transportation for adults and seniors. The value we add comes from having a caring and qualified professional accompany your loved one to and from their appointment, helping them maintain a sense of comfort throughout.

How We Can Help

Medical Appointments: Our Caregiver/Personal Support Worker/Coordinator can accompany your loved one from their residence, escort them to a hospital or medical office, and then return them home. During their time together, we will remain with them, ensure they are comfortable, and we will advocate on their behalf when needed.

Medical Procedures: Our Caregiver/Personal Support Worker/Coordinator can come to meet your loved one at the hospital or clinic, help with their discharge, help with transportation, pick up any necessities on the way home (prescriptions, groceries), ensure they are hydrated, well-fed, and comfortably resting at home to aid in their recovery.

Beyond this, if it is requested, we can also provide a Caregiver/PSW over the next few days/weeks to assist with light meal preparation, light housekeeping, caregiving, medication reminders, and companionship. This will ensure your loved one can rest well and focus on recovery.

Social and Recreational Appointments: Our Caregiver/Personal Support Worker/Coordinator can help maintain a healthy and active social and recreational routine. They can accompany your loved one for a day out, whenever the mood strikes, or we can schedule a regular routine to keep a good thing going. Whether this means accompanying your loved one to church on a Sunday, or to a banquet hall for their grandson’s wedding, or to a local music festival to enjoy the sights and sounds, we have you covered.

Accompanied transportation has 3 options to choose from:

Riding in a taxi/transport along with a Caregiver

• Includes taxicabs, wheelchair-accessible taxicabs, and medical transports
• This is the standard service option

2.
Riding in a private passenger automobile along with a Caregiver

• Includes our Caregiver/PSW driving their own car
• Offers a comfortable and faster experience
• This is for ambulatory clients who are of a sound mind

3.
Riding in a company car along with a Coordinator

• Includes a Coordinator driving the luxury company car
• Offers a prestigious and faster experience
• This is for ambulatory clients who are of a sound mind

As such, we welcome you to call us to discuss whether we have the availability to provide non-accessible transportation in a Caregiver’s personal vehicle or in our company vehicle. Alternatively, a client can arrange for a taxicab, accessible taxicab, or a medical transport service from a third party.
