Who are your Comfort Keepers? Prospective clients constantly ask me this very same question. Admittedly, it is a truly excellent question to ask. What clients are really saying is, ‘how can I trust these individuals?’ In good faith, we want to talk all about this. We want our prospective clients to know what efforts we make to do right by them.
Our staff come from all walks of life. Most of our staff are Companion Caregivers. Some are Personal Support Workers. Fewer still are Nurses.
Some are beginning their career in the health care field. Others are seasoned professionals who know this job like the back of their hand. Others are internationally trained medical professionals jumping through hoops to have their status recognized in Canada.

Monitoring our staff helps us focus on quality client service delivery. It helps ensure that we are:
We do this primarily through:
Have you ever worked at a place that does not value you? Regrettably, most of us have. It’s not the kind of place that promotes us to be at our best so that we can perform at our best. At Comfort Keepers, we do things differently. Here are some ways:
So, what does this all mean to you, our prospective client? Well, as our existing clients testify on our Better Business Bureau and Google Reviews pages, it means that:
So, back to our question of ‘who are your Comfort Keepers?’ These are our award-winning staff. We are a group of caring professionals who are qualified, supervised, and empowered to be their best so that we can give our best to our clients and their families.
