Understanding Private Duty Home Care

Unlike the traditional in-home care provisions, in home nursing and private duty home care provides individualized care to seniors in their home or the facility at which they reside. Elevated levels of care and needs are met by private nurses who work in conjunction with the care provider who provides daily personal or homemaking services. Our goal is to deliver customized nursing care services that the client requires, all under one umbrella.

What We Can Do

Tasks that require professional and certain levels of medical skills are performed by our elite team of home health licensed/registered practical nurses and registered nurses. This team of nurses is tasked and prepared to successfully provide the following services:

• Medication administering
• Provision of personal medical and personal care
• Blood samples
• Post-op care provisions
• Wound care
• Ostomy and catheter maintenance
• Filling insulin syringes, reading blood sugar results and sliding scale dosages
• Medication preparation for dosing in pill cases or automatic dispensing components to ensure accuracy in dosage
• Train family member the proper care procedures for their loved one

Our private duty home care nurses are available 24 hours per day to assist seniors with in-home care. Care can be arranged on a regular schedule or as needed.
