Make our internet website and web content accessible by conforming to World Wide Web Consortium Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 compliant at AA level by December 31, 2024
Creation of a disaster and emergency preparedness plan which includes special attention to those with disabilities and post on our employee portal and made available to the public upon request by December 31, 2024
Create policies that focus on supporting employees, community partners and clients on:
Accommodation plans for employees by March 31, 2024
Implementation of new technologies like software and self-serve kiosks by July 31, 2024
Post the Plan on our website by December 31, 2024 – Completed
