Lori Ciappara is the owner of Comfort Keepers in Dufferin, Caledon, and Tecumseth Regions. Lori has been a Personal Support Worker for 27 years. Her extensive experience includes caring for seniors in Long Term Care, Retirement, Group Homes and Homecare.
To further her career in caregiver, Lori created Compassionate Care Health Services in October of 2000. Starting with a select group of 5 PSW’s, who shared her passion for seniors, Compassionate Care grew quickly and branched out to surrounding communities. In 2008, Compassionate Care became part of the Canadian Comfort Keepers network. The move to join Comfort Keepers was a result of Lori’s commitment to improving the quality of the services she offers to her clients. Since joining Comfort Keepers, Lori’s office has been awarded Top Single Territory Sales in Eastern Canada every year from 2012-2021. In 2018 her office was awarded Top Single Territory Sales in Canada.
Lori has a lifelong passion for working with seniors and helping them achieve their best possible quality of life. She is dedicated to her community and as a local small business owner she is committed to supporting other local businesses. When she is able to spend time away from her business, Lori enjoys quality time with her husband (Chuck), daughter (Marissa), and her three sons (Zachary, Blake & Jaden). Her hobbies include, reading, camping, watching her kids play sports, and travelling.
