Before we refer a skilled companion who can adequately care for mom or dad, one of our client coordinators will conduct a free consultation to learn everything they can about your loved one’s specific symptoms, needs, other medical conditions, safety concerns, favorite pastimes and routines, and so on.
This will help us put together a customized dementia care plan that will account for all your requirements. What is more, this initial assessment will also help us match your parent with a compatible memory care provider who will be an ideal care worker for your needs. Once a care plan is outlined and you approve of our referred care aide, we can start providing care immediately.
As dementia is a progressive disorder, you can expect your loved one’s needs to shift, amplify, or change as their symptoms worsen. We will routinely monitor mom or dad’s condition and update you should there be any changes.
